Busoga Health Forum Earns Royal Recognition as They Meet the Kyabazinga of Busoga!

In a meeting on 4th May, 2024, Busoga Health Forum had the privilege of meeting with the Kyabazinga of Busoga HRH William Wilberforce Kadhumbula Gabula Nadiope IV! The Kyabazinga, full of praise and appreciation, commended the incredible efforts of the Forum, not only within Busoga but across Uganda and even on the global stage.
Expressing gratitude for the impactful work of Busoga Health Forum, the Kyabazinga specifically highlighted the remarkable care and support provided to the people of Busoga during the Royal Wedding medical camp in November 2023. It’s evident that the fruits of the Forum’s existence are ripening beautifully, thanks to the dedication of the health workers and partners who contributed.
What’s truly remarkable is the Forum’s commitment to reaching the grassroots, raising awareness about diseases, and providing essential treatments. The Kyabazinga emphasized the Kingdom’s support, recognizing that it’s the people of Busoga and their friends who make up this vibrant community.
Through the Department of Health, the Kingdom pledges to continue collaborating with the Busoga Health Forum, underscoring the importance of giving back to the community. With a call for more partnerships to improve health initiatives in the region, the Kyabazinga pointed out the indispensable link between health and development.
Excitingly, the Forum’s momentum is growing day by day, with the Kyabazinga foreseeing great achievements on the horizon. Together, we are ready to realize the dreams, even embarking on the establishment of a much-needed medical school.
