inja Regional Referral Hospital, in partnership with the Ministry of Health, will host the Disability Run 2025 on 28th November 2025, a community event dedicated to raising funds for assistive devices for persons with disabilities across the Busoga region.
The run aims to promote inclusion, awareness and improved access to mobility and rehabilitation support for individuals living with disabilities. Participants are encouraged to grab a kit at only UGX 35,000 and join the movement to transform lives through improved access to wheelchairs, crutches and other essential devices.
The event will start at 6:00am at Jinja Regional Referral Hospital, bringing together athletes, community members, health workers, disability advocates and partners committed to supporting equitable healthcare services.
