Dr. Bisso Fred is the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist at Mulago National Referral Hospital in Uganda. He is also the the team leader of the E.N.T Pro bono Clinic at Busoga Health Forum.
Dr. Biiso is a former president of Uganda Medical Association.
